1. Agreement

These Terms apply when you use ComPearApple, including the app, website, account features, lists, ratings, comparisons, Spaces, Sessions, social features, notifications, and related services.

By using ComPearApple, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ComPearApple.

2. Who we are

ComPearApple is operated by Matthew Harris, trading as ComPearApple, based in the United Kingdom. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@compearapple.com.

3. Eligibility

ComPearApple is not intended for anyone under 16. By using ComPearApple, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

4. What ComPearApple does

ComPearApple helps users create, rate, rank, compare, and share lists across categories such as movies, TV shows, games, books, music, food, names, anime, manga, podcasts, actors, and related entertainment or culture data.

ComPearApple rankings, comparisons, recommendations, and displayed information are for personal entertainment, discovery, and organisation. They are not professional, financial, medical, legal, nutritional, safety, or other regulated advice.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organisation or create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

6. Personal use

ComPearApple is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not sell access to ComPearApple, resell ComPearApple data, or use ComPearApple content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse ComPearApple, interfere with its operation, scrape or overload the service, attempt to bypass security controls, access data you are not allowed to access, or use the app to harm other users or third parties.

8. User content and app data

You keep ownership of content that you create and upload to ComPearApple, such as comments, profile images, banner images, and original text you add. You give us permission to host, store, display, process, and share your content as needed to operate and improve ComPearApple.

9. Sharing and visibility

Some features allow lists, profiles, Spaces, comparisons, or other content to be shared publicly, with friends, or externally through share links or images. You are responsible for choosing the visibility and sharing options that match what you want to share.

10. Premium and payments

Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions or purchases. Premium availability, prices, and features may change over time. Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider.

11. Changes and contact
